SmoothEye®  Laser wrinkle reduction and tightening around the eyes

Key advantages of SmoothEye®

  •   Immediate freshness and tightness
  •   Little to no downtime
  •   Minimally invasive, gentle and fast
  •   Safe and precise

What is SmoothEye®?

SmoothEye® is a laser treatment that tightens loose and aging skin of the eyelids and surrounding area, resulting in improved skin elasticity and overall structure. It reduces wrinkles, eye bags and dark circles around the eyes to provide natural-looking results with little to no downtime.

How does it work?

SmoothEye® uses the revolutionary Fotona SMOOTH® mode, which treats the skin in a “feather-like” manner with precisely controlled temperature deposition. The intense, controlled surface tissue heating stimulates collagen remodeling and initiates the production of new collagen.

What is the treatment like?

The SmoothEye ® treatment typically lasts 10-15 minutes. Topical anesthetic can be applied before the procedure and you may feel slight heat and/or a prickly sensation. After the treatment moisturizer and sunscreen are recommended. Mostly no downtime is required and you can easily fit the procedure anywhere within your busy schedule.

After a few treatments, you can experience a clear reduction in the appearance of wrinkles around your eyes, tighter skin on your eyelids and a generally more youthful look.

Three sessions spaced approximately one month apart are recommended. The effect can be seen immediately after the first treatment, while the full results can be observed approximately 4-6 months after the final treatment.

LipLase® Non-invasive plumping for natural looking fuller lips without injectables

The procedure rejuvenates, plumps as well as helps to define the shape of your lips. The effect can be observed immediately after the treatment.

 Key advantages of LipLase®

  • Immediate response
  • No needles, no downtime
  • Safe and non-invasive
  • Stimulates collagen remodeling

What is LipLase®?

Do you crave having fuller lips but dislike needles?

LipLase® is an exciting new laser treatment that plumps your lips and defines their shape in a safe and non-invasive way.

How does it work?

Unlike using injectable fillers, LipLase® involves no artificial substances, only mild laser energy to stimulate the process of collagen remodeling.

With LipLase® you can achieve key characteristics of ‘ideal lips’, such as greater volume combined with an optimal balance between the upper and lower lip and a well-defined vermilion border, painlessly and naturally.

What is the treatment like?

LipLase® is a short, non-surgical and non-invasive procedure, requiring only 10-15 minutes, allowing you to resume your normal daily activities immediately after the treatment. It causes minimal discomfort and provides natural-looking results by stimulating production of new collagen in the lips.

NightLase® Get a good night’s rest with Fotona’s NightLase® laser treatment.

Advantages of laser treatment

  • Fast, safe & effective
  • Minimally-invasive and nonsurgical
  • Walk-in/walk-out procedure – you can talk, eat and drink normally after the procedure
  • Patient-friendly treatment
  • Can be used in combination with or following other types of standard OSA treatments

Who is it for?

NightLase® is recommended if your snoring is caused by a narrowing of the airway due to a sagging soft palate. For those suffering from OSA, laser treatment can also help to ease your symptoms and may be an additional option to help open up your airway. Your doctor will help to identify the reason behind your snoring and determine whether a laser treatment is the best option for you.

What is the treatment like?

NightLase® is performed with approximately three short treatments spaced over two months. Each treatment lasts around 20 minutes and requires no anesthesia. During the procedure, you might feel a slight heating sensation, such as when you drink hot tea, but there is no discomfort as soon as the procedure ends. The results can be seen already after the first session!

Clinical studies have confirmed the effectiveness of NightLase®. Patients reported improvement in their snoring and OSA symptoms, being able to breathe easier as well as having higher levels of alertness and focus. The final results of the treatment have been shown to last up to a year or more, after which the therapy can be repeated.

What is NightLase®?

NightLase® is a minimally-invasive, patient-friendly laser treatment for snoring. It reduces the effects of sleep apnea, decreases the severity of snoring and increases the quality of sleep.

How does it work?

Laser energy is used to heat the soft palate tissues of the airway, causing a tightening effect that helps to keep your airway open. The tightening effect is caused by the contraction of collagen in the oral mucosa tissue.

What is snoring?

Snoring is the audible vibration of respiratory structures, such as the soft palate and uvula, due to obstructed air movement during breathing while sleeping. It is also the most frequent nocturnal symptom of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), a potentially life-threatening disorder that causes repetitive episodes of partial or complete collapse of the upper airway during sleep. Many factors can contribute to snoring and, for this reason, a careful and complete evaluation is imperative in order to obtain an effective treatment.

IncontiLase® - Laser Treatment of Stress Urinary Incontinence IntimaLase® - Laser Treatment of Vaginal Relaxation Syndrome

Key advantages of IncontiLase®

  • Safe, quick and effective
  • Minimally invasive
  • No anesthesia needed
  • Walk-in/walk-out procedure
  • High success rate

What is stress urinary incontinence?

Stress urinary incontinence (SUI) is a common problem in women that causes the involuntary loss of urine during coughing, sneezing, laughing, or physical exertion such as running or climbing stairs.

What are the causes of SUI?

The cause for this involuntary loss of urine is the weakening of the urethral closure mechanism, which is the result of reduced muscular tone in the pelvic floor region. The main contributing factors are vaginal child birth, obesity and aging.

What are the traditional treatment options?

Until now SUI was treated non-invasively through muscular training, known as Kegel exercises, which are only marginally effective since they rely on daily compliance. SUI is also treated invasively with a surgical implant known as a Urethral Sling. This procedure requires hospitalization, recovery time and could potentially cause serious complications.

What is IncontiLase®?

IncontiLase® is a gentle laser therapy for treating patients with stress and mixed urinary incontinence. It is a safe walk-in/walk-out procedure with powerful results, helping to reduce unwanted urine leakage during physical activities, coughing or sneezing.

What is the treatment like?

IncontiLase® treatment is designed to cause minimal discomfort and is well received by patients. A special handpiece, similar to a speculum as used during a Pap test, is inserted into the vagina.

The vaginal region is then treated with subablative laser pulses.

Treatment is non-invasive, allowing you to resume your normal daily activities immediately after the treatment, without need for analgesics or antibiotics. The procedure lasts approximately 30 minutes.

How does it work?

Laser light is delivered to the vaginal surface through a special delivery system that is designed to be gentle and painlessIt results in mild heating of the tissue, triggering the formation of new collagen and strengthening pelvic support, which helps to effectively stop or minimize involuntary urine leakage.

Who is it for?

Laser treatment is most effective for treating mild and moderate stress urinary incontinence, with very good results in treating severe cases as well. Mixed incontinence patients get relief from stress symptoms.
